The most important thing from the outset is that you need to be clear what it is you want to achieve with your film/podcast/photo, as this will ultimately influence the content, length and style of it.
Please be as detailed as you can when describing what it is you wish to achieve with your film/podcast/photo, and what you want the audience to take away from it.
