Make a request
To request photography or video creation for your project, please fill out the request form to give an overview of the objectives, audience, and specifications. It takes about 5 minutes to fill out the form.
Request photography or video creation
Your request will be reviewed by the Head of Social Media within 3 working days. If the team has capacity to take it on, a member of the team will be allocated to work on it. They will get in touch with you to finalise the schedule and specifications in the creative brief form and will also give advice so your project can have the most impact possible.
After a check of the completed request form from the Head of Social Media, production on your project will start. The team member allocated to your project will be in touch regularly with updates.
If you email individual team members to request support or want to discuss ideas first in person, they will then point you towards the creative brief form to formally make the request.
Our rates
We aim to be 25% cheaper than external providers, and so offer good savings and a professional service. All revenue we earn goes back into investing in video and photography kit.
- Photography - £400 a day (compared to £550 day standard)
- Shooting - £600 a day (compared to £800 day standard)
- Editing - £300 a day (compared to £400 day standard)
VAT is charged to external organisations including Colleges, but not to University departments.
